The location is marvellous and magnificent, at a medium distance from a famous chapel. The rooms are quiet, brand-new, and come with climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. The atmosphere of the hotel is FAMILY.

i had a very very good stay. everything was good and the rooms were brand-new. the location was perfect and excellent for getting around, as a metro station was close to the hotel. also, the property was very close to an army museum and you can walk to christian and art museums.

Nice place for a 1-night stay. Location so close to a metro station, other attractions, and the Pantheon. Also, right next to the subway. Stylish and functional rooms with private bathrooms. Amazingly nice staff throughout. City view and excellent service.

The rooms are spotless with good beds and smoke detectors. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet. The location is favourable - right next to a metro station.

our recent stay at a hotel in Rome was amazing! Ottaviano Smart Rooms exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Vatican and right next to a metro station. The room was clean and functional, with a powerful shower and great AC. The staff, especially Miki, provided excellent service and made our anniversary trip even more special. Highly recommend!

Convenient location near Vatican City, walking distance to popular attractions in the area. Functional, air-conditioned rooms with unique shower placement. No on-site staff, but daily room cleaning and fresh towels provided. Helpful and responsive owner when needed. Cyberpunkish atmosphere with automatic features. Subway station and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Recommended stay.

The room at Ottaviano Smart Rooms was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed, from the comfortable bed to the coffee machine. We loved the thoughtful touches like heated floors and the laptop-friendly workspace. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, we found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. But hey, to each their own.

I stayed at this hotel on short notice and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is located right by the Metro, making it easy to get to many sights throughout the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful during my stay.
